REQUIREMENTS :
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer/client needs. Setting Sales structure, driving execution, target (quarter/annual) and executing aggressive sales & marketing approach.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and social media. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

  • Extensive research through different search engines Supports the Sales lifecycle including lead qualification, pre-sales support, successful transition to Direct Sales.

  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.

  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective customers.

  • Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing US Clients.

  • Dealing with global clients, hence it will involve working in rotational shifts.
